• Voucher is valid from Fri 28 Jan 2022 until Mon 11 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 11-12, 19 Feb, 5-6, 12-13, 21-24, 28-29 Mar and 4-7 Apr 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon. 
• Superior double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Options 3 and 4: Includes a 3 course dinner. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max of 4 people / 2 vouchers per table. A supplementary charge may apply to some dishes and specials; please discuss directly. Option 4: dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 1: Includes 15% off food only during your stay.
• Free parking available.
• No children permitted. 
• No pets permitted.
• Limited wheelchair access available. No ground floor rooms are available but some rooms have walk in showers; please discuss directly.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
