Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Aug 2024 until Sun 22 Dec 2024, Thu - Tue 9am - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Wednesdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Duration approx. 1hr per session. 
• Option 2: Includes 2 sessions; can be used for two people to attend together or for 2 separate sessions. Second session must be used by expiry date.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group. Floatation tanks can accommodate one person at a time; multiple people will float separately.
• Floating is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Please discuss any health conditions or concerns directly with the spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
