• Voucher is valid until Wed 13 Dec 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 6 - 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28 Nov and 4, 5, 11, 12 Dec 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 24 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Non-refundable and non-transferable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am; bags can be left at reception from 12noon.
• Double or twin sea view rooms available.
• Please note if sea view room is unavailable on your selected date an alternative best available room will be offered.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Includes a 2 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Please note set menu cannot be swapped with any other dish from the a la carte menu. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.
• Dinner may be served in the restaurant or bar; subject to availability.
• Additional courses can be added or if members wish to dine from the a la carte menu a supplementary charge is required; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Breakfast is served between 8am and 9.30am.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 10 and under require a supplementary charge of £10 and ages 11+ are £15 per child; payable directly to hotel. Cots are provided free of charge. Rooms will be upgraded to a superior family room free of charge (sea view not available); please discuss directly with hotel. Dinner will be charged as taken.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
