• Voucher is valid from Tue 7 Jan 2025 until Thu 27 Mar 2025, Tue - Wed & Fri - Sat 10am - 5pm, Thu 10am - 7pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon & 14-15 Feb 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 13 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 16+. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.  
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 2hrs. 
• Treatment lasts up to approx. 2 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
