Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Dec 2024 until Mon 30 Jun 2025; Sun - Fri at 11:30am, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm & 5:15pm; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.
• If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Jun 2025. 
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 6 / Max 12 people.
• Package includes per person: VIP cauldron experience with souvenir photo and bottle of Witches Brew.
• Suitable for all ages. Please note that all children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult with a valid voucher.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
