Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jan 2018 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 26 – 28 Jan, 21 – 23 Feb and 2, 3 Mar 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out by 10am.
• Standard King or Deluxe rooms available; please advise double or twin room at time of booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• To accommodate children room must be upgraded to a family room with 1 double and 2 single beds for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note pet friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
