Small print

• Voucher is valid from Monday 26th September until 31st March 2012 (except 31st December 2011 – 2nd January 2012 inclusive), 7 days a week; subject to availability
• Bookings can be made from Monday 26th September 2011. Please call between 8am and 7.30pm Monday – Friday only.
• Check in time 2pm, check out time 10.30am.
• Children 12 years old and under can share a room in a 'z' bed at a cost of £12 per night, including breakfast. Children above 12 years old will be charged at the normal standard rate - to be organised with and paid directly to The Victoria Hotel.
• No pets allowed.
• Stay can be extended at an additional cost - to be negotiated directly with The Victoria Hotel; subject to availability.
• Cava can be substituted for a bottle of house red or white wine.
• All rooms are of the same standard, no upgrades available.
• One voucher per couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts only.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Once you have booked your stay with The Victoria Hotel, your voucher is nontransferable and non-refundable. In the rare event of the ferry being cancelled from Wemyss Bay due to bad weather, alternative dates will be offered (subject to availability).
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
