• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Fri 28 Mar 2025, Sun - Fri 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten/wheat free options.
• Option 2: includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Dog-friendly.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
