Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Mar until Sat 31 May 2025, 7 days 10am - 12noon; subject to availability. Sat/Sun bookings require a £5 supplement per booking; payable directly.
• Excludes 30 Mar, 19-20 Apr, 3-4, 11, 24-25 May 2025.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Fri 23 May 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. Please bring your voucher with you to your booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Includes a dish each from the brunch section of the menu; subject to change. Excludes breakfast rolls.
• Includes a tea or regular coffee each.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Vegan, gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Table required back after 90 mins. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please request lower floor area when booking.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
