Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 6 Sep 2024 until Fri 20 Dec, 7 days, 12noon - 4pm,; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Dec 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Options 1-4: Includes a choice of dish from the classic brunch menu and a hot drink each; subject to change. A supplementary charge of £10 is required for rump steak and £15 for half lobster; payable directly.
• Option 5: Includes a brunch board for two.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Options 3 & 4: Includes a cocktail from the brunch menu or 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 5: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
