Small print
- Voucher acts as ticket. Advance booking is not required.
- Multiple purchases permitted.
- All guests (inc adults) require a voucher. Suitable for all ages. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. Under 2's are free of charge, and don't require a ticket.
- Ticket price includes: Hydro Express ticket, Christmas bell, hot chocolate (voucher will be given out on exiting the train and cannot be exchanged for an alternative hot drink).
- No prams or buggies permitted on the train - children must be carried.
- Duration: approx 30 mins (15min light walk and 15min on train)
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
- Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

We travelled for an hour and a half in the morning and the actual grotto was lovely but very busy , you are not seeing Santa alone and you are not allowed to take a picture ,There was a photographer who only takes one picture, and our eyes are shut . Outside there was only a couple of vans selling food and a gin bar , so we went to a restaurant on site to get some breakfast, we were told, we were to late for breakfast and too early for lunch , we certainly did not think it was worth all the travelling .
