- Children are classed as ages 3-11yr. Ages 12+ are classed as adults. Under 2's are free of charge, and don't require a ticket.

I wouldn’t say it’s a grotto it’s more of a room with the little seat, however Santa and the elf’s were great! My kids loved it and hopefully next year we can go again and the room will not need to be cancelled. I do think Santa grotto / room stay should be provided as a package next year to prevent people having to cancel.
