- 10am – 10.30am: Register at Budongo lecture theatre
- 10.30am – 12.00pm approx: Film screening in Budongo lecture theatre
- Zoo opening times – 9.00am to 4.30pm
- Entry to the zoo and film screening is free for under 3s; members are welcome to enter the Zoo from 9am with your ticket
- Please enter via the main Zoo entrance and show your ticket at the desk
- Panda viewing slots can be booked on entry to the Zoo on the day of your visit, subject to availability
- Child ticket valid for ages 3 – 15
- Concession tickets valid for over 65s and students
- Advanced booking is not required
- Ticket is not valid with any other deals or vouchers and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Ticket must be surrendered for redemption
- Ticket is non refundable unless event is cancelled

We loved the evening at Edinburgh Zoo. The zoo was fairly quiet meaning we could see everything with ease and really take our time to enjoy the visit. There were lots of staff around who shared their expertise and experience making this even more informative. Would definitely return for an evening session.
