• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jun 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Sun - Fri 12noon - 9pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat, 2-19 Aug 2024 & 22 Nov 2024 - 6 Jan 2025.
• If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Package includes per person: 3 courses from set menu; subject to change. Vegan and vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Includes a glass of house wine each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
