• Voucher is valid from Thu 15 Sep 2022 until Fri 23 Dec 2022, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, 23-25 Sep, 14-22 Oct and 18-19 Nov 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• 1 bedroom retreats: check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. Children not permitted.
• 2 bedroom retreats: check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Under 3s not permitted. Children aged 3 and over permitted and included in head count.
• Stay in an executive 1 bedroom Retreat or a deluxe 2 bedroom Retreat.
• Includes full leisure access.
• Includes mini bus transfers to and from Brodick ferry terminal (must be pre-booked). Please contact hotel to discuss.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 for one dog and £40 for two; please advise at time of booking.
• Limited wheelchair access available. Please discuss requirements at time of booking.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
