Small print

• 2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 24 Oct 2022 until Wed 29 Mar 2023, Sun - Wed. Excludes Thu - Sat.
• 3 and 4 night stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 24 Oct 2022 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, valid 7 days.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2022 - 7 Jan 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 2 night stay: max of 4 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Includes double or twin rooms & a sofa bed in the living room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Children ages 2-17 years are permitted and included within the headcount. Max of 6 people per apartment. Cots are available upon request.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; please discuss with and pay directly to The Garrison.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
