Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 4 Jul 2021 until Tue 24 Aug 2021, Sun-Tue check-ins only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021.
• Excludes Wed - Sat check-ins.
• Stays are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person for June option and 10 per person for July option.
• Vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Stay in a 2 bed double/twin room apartment with a sofa bed in the living room.
• Children ages 2-17 years are permitted and must be included within the overall headcount. Cots are available upon request free of charge.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; please discuss with and pay directly to The Garrison.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
