• Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 1 - 31 Dec 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Fri stays and £70 for Sat stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double/twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to deluxe rooms or suite for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted per room. Under 12s stay free of charge and a supplementary charge of £15 inc breakfast is required for 13-15 year olds; payable directly.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per room; payable directly.
• Includes a starter and a main each. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
