I was so glad I had phoned the hotel before taking our 4 hour journey , as it turns out although we had confirmation booking mail from itison we had no hotel booking, a very nice lady on the reservations for Intercontinental sorted this for us , I did phone your office to tell them , someone was going to phone me back after my return but I haven’t heard anything.
This has made me think twice now when booking through itison .
