• Voucher is valid until Thu 29 Feb 2024, 7 days 1pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25-26, 31 Dec 2023, 1 Jan & 14 Feb 2024.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Thu 15 Feb 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea only served with tea or coffee; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Options 2 & 4: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 3 & 4: Includes full leisure access
• Wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted. Over 18s only.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
