• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jun 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• 1 night stay: A supplementary charge is required for Saturday stays - Jun £10 and Jul, Aug & Sep £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Sleeper queen or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes continental breakfast and welcome bottle of house red, white or rose wine to share.
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded family room for the £25 supplement per night. Cribs are available for free.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
