• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct until Thu 19 Dec 2024, Sun - Thu.
• Dinner can be taken before or after your spa experience.
• October:
• Spa then dinner bookings: 4pm spa & 6:30pm dinner, 4:30pm spa & 7pm dinner, 5pm spa & 7:30pm dinner, 5:30pm spa & 8pm dinner OR 6pm spa & 8:30pm dinner.
• Dinner then spa bookings: 4pm dinner & 6pm spa, 4:30pm dinner & 6:30pm spa OR 5pm dinner & 7pm spa.
• November/December:
• Spa then dinner bookings: 3:15pm spa & 5:45pm dinner, 3:30pm spa & 6pm dinner, 3:45pm spa & 6:15 dinner, 4pm spa & 6:30pm dinner, 4:15pm spa & 6:45pm dinner, 4:30pm spa & 7pm dinner, 4:45pm spa & 7:15pm dinner OR 5pm spa & 7:15pm dinner

• General:
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sat. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Thu 5 Dec 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group. 
• Treatment not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Please seek GP consent prior to treatments if suffering from cancer or in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Please note, spa is not on the grounds of the main hotel and is located 3 miles north.
• Duration: approx. 2 hour hydro and thermal experience.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Includes a 2 course dinner from a set menu in The Clubhouse at Cameron House; menu subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
