Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 14 Jan until Tue 4 Feb 2025, Wed - Thu 5pm - 9pm, Fri & Sun 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon, Tue & Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Jan 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Option 1: Includes one portion of chicken or aubergine parm or rigatoni alla vodka. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Gluten / wheat free options are not available. 
• Option 2: Includes one cocktail from the taptail menu section. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 90 mins.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
