• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Sat 4 Jan 2020 until Thur 31 Dec 2020, 7 days 10am - 5pm ; subject to availability.
• Options 2 & 3: Voucher is valid from Sat 4 Jan 2020 until Thur 31 Dec 2020, 7 days 10am only; subject to availability. A supplementary chard of £10pp applies to Sat & Sun bookings, payable directly to the centre.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 17 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 5yrs+.
• Options 2 & 3: Pony experience is for children and horse experience is for adults. Children are classed as ages 5-15yrs.
• Option 1 duration: 1hr lesson and 1hr hack. Max 6 people per group.
• Options 2 & 3 duration: 6 hours. Experience begins at 10am and finishes at 4pm. Max 8 people per group. A soup and sandwich lunch is included, please discuss any dietary requirements at time of booking.
• Max weight of 14 stone.
• No health restrictions but must be physically able to ride a horse.
• You must wear boots with a small heel and dress according to the weather.
• Meeting point: main reception.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
