• Voucher is valid Wed 3 Jan 2024 until Fri 29 Mar 2024; Mon - Fri; excludes Sat, Sun and 14 Feb 2024. Subject to availability. 
• Twilight thermal experience: 5pm - 7pm. 
• Thermal experience: 9.30am, 10.40am, 12.40pm, 1.50pm, 3pm. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Max of 4 vouchers per group booking; subject to availability.
• Includes access to the Vitality Pool & Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna, Saunarium, Steam Room, Tepidarium, snow room, salt room and ice fountain.
• Thermal experience duration: approx. 120 minutes.
• Not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Not suitable for those with high blood pressure.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings each day, please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
