Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 10 Jun 2024 until Sat 31 Aug 2024, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Option 1 & 2: tour starts at 3pm. Cream tea is served in the Bistro @ the Castle at 3.30pm. 
• Option 3 & 4: tour starts at either 11am or 2pm. 2 course dining will be served after the tour for 11am tours and before the tour for 2pm tours.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Aug 2024 and at least 48hrs in advance (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Tour is approx. 30mins for cream tea option (highlight tour) and 1hr for 2 course dining option.
• Max of 12 people per tour.
• Option 3 & 4: Includes 2 courses from a set menu; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options available. No gluten/wheat free options available. Please advise at the time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available. Please advise at time of booking.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
