Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2023 until Fri 29 Mar 2024; subject to availability. 
• Lead rein session & estate trek: Valid 7 days at 10am, 12noon and 2pm. A supplementary charge of £5 is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Private lessons: Valid 7 days 10am - 3.30pm.
• Additional times may be available on select days, please enquire when booking.
• Excludes 24-26 Dec 2023 & 1 Jan 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only. Guests will be sent a guest intake form once they have booked. This must be completed in advance of the activity taking place. If the form is not completed and signed, the activity cannot take place and your voucher will be forfeited.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Lead rein session: Suitable for ages 4+. Duration approx. 30 m
• Estate trek: Suitable for ages 5+. Prior experience is required for children under 8 years.  Duration approx. 60 mins.
• Private lessons: Suitable for ages 5+.  Duration approx. 5x 45 min lessons. All lessons must be booked and used within 6 months of first lesson.
• Max of 4 people per group/activity. 
• Max weight - 22 stone. Horse riding requires a reasonable level of fitness and the ability to mount and dismount a horse safely. If you have any concerns please discuss this with the venue in advance of booking.
• Long trousers and adequate clothing for the weather must be worn. Boots, hats and back protectors are provided.
• Weather dependent.
• Meeting point: The Stables at Turnberry.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
