• Valid Mon - Fri: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Mon - Fri, 12noon - 4pm. Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Valid Sat - Sun: Voucher is valid from Sat 5 Oct 2024 until Sun 30 Mar 2025, Sat - Sun, 1pm - 4pm. Excludes Mon - Fri.
• Vouchers are subject to availability; please note December availability is limited.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Mon - Fri options: Includes afternoon tea served on a cake stand only; subject to change. 
• Sat - Sun options: Includes an unlimited afternoon tea buffet; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each OR bottle to share. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
