• Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Jan 2025 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, 7 days, 11am- 3:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 30 Mar 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers / 6 people per table.
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Table may be required back after 1.5 hours.
• Option 2 & 4: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 3 & 4: Includes 90 minutes leisure access before afternoon tea. Please note this time includes time to shower and change.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
