- Departing to Amsterdam: check in opens at 2.30pm and closes 4.15pm, boarding opens at 3pm and closes at 4.30pm, leaving at 5pm.
- Departing from Amsterdam: check in opens at 2.30pm and closes 4.45pm, boarding opens at 3.30pm and leaves at 5.30pm.
- Departure times subject to change as dependent on weather conditions.
- Coach transfer from Newcastle station is available; please visit DFDS website for specific details.
- Charged parking available at the ferry terminal; payable to Tyneside Authority.
