• Mon - Thu: Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Mar 2024 until Thu 30 May 2024, Mon - Thu 9:30am - 6pm. Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Fri - Sun: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Mar 2024 until Fri 31 May 2024, Fri - Sun 9:30am - 6pm. Excludes Mon - Thu.
• All options exclude 29 Mar - 15 Apr 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 May 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Email or phone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max numbers are subject to availability; please discuss directly.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission or during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Option 1 & 2: Treatment duration: approx. 25mins.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 55mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Includes a glass of fizz. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available to the spa. No wheelchair access available to the pool.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
