Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Fri 20 Mar 2020, valid for sittings at 12noon, 1.45pm and 3.30pm; subject to availability.
• Merchant City: Valid 7 days. A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to restaurant.
• Renfield Street: Valid Sun - Fri; excludes Saturdays. A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Sunday bookings; payable directly to restaurant.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only; bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person.
• Max 4 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Gluten free option carries a supplement of £5pp; payable directly to restaurant.
• A supplementary charge of 35p is required for takeaway boxes; payable directly to restaurant.
• Option 3 and 4 includes a teapot for two to share of Hendrick's gin cocktail choosing from the following: The Floradora, Cucumber Cooler or Pink with Envy; cocktails subject to change. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Table may be required back in 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available in Merchant City only.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
