• Voucher is valid from Tue 8 Oct 2024 until Sat 29 Mar 2025; Tue - Wed 10am - 5pm, Thu-Fri 10am - 7pm & Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email or telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers currently receiving treatment or who have received treatment in the last 12 months, or for anyone with metals in their face or mouth.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the therapist. 
• Duration approx. 1hr
• Treatment cannot be substituted for other treatments. Upgrades are available for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Wheelchair access not available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
