Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Jun 2018 until Fri 31 Aug 2018, Sun - Fri, 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• A supplementary charge of £5 is required per person for Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Max of 2 vouchers per group. 
• Includes access to spa facilities and afternoon tea.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa at time of booking.
• Afternoon tea is served in Plumpy Duck restaurant.
• Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of bubbly each.
• Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins during busy periods.
• Children not permitted; over 16s only.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
