• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Fri - Sat and 14 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; Options 1 & 3 max of 2 per person, option 2 max of 3 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night for the following: front facing - £15, suites - £25; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a 3 course dinner from the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel when booking. A £1.50 supplementary charge is required per person for the chicken pakora starter; payable directly. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Max 2 children permitted; room upgrade required. Children under 3yrs stay free of charge, ages 3-13yrs are charged a £10 supplement per child per night in addition to room upgrade supplement; please discuss directly.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
