• Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Jan until Sat 11 Mar 2023, Tue - Sat 11:30am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon, 10 - 14 Feb 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone or email booking only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• 'You shall go to the ball' afternoon tea set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• No gluten / wheat free/ dairy free options available.
• Please note that takeaway does not include hot drinks or soup.
• Table required back after 1hour 30 mins.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• 48 hour advance booking required for sit in and takeaway options.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
