• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2024 until Tue 30 Apr 2024; subject to availability.
• Valid Fri 3pm - 9pm, Sat 11am - 9pm & Sun 11am - 7pm. Excludes Mon - Thu.
• Available to use 11am - 7pm 7 days during school holidays (2 - 7 Jan, 12 - 14 Feb, 1 - 14 Apr 2024).
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Apr 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. Only one voucher can be used per transaction. Please note you must bring your itison voucher on the day of your visit.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Participants need to be 7 or older to participate.
• Includes two (1 hour session) or three (1.5 hour session) activities. Activities must be chosen at time of booking.
• All session durations are inclusive of kitting up time (approx. 10 mins at the start and 5 mins at the end).
• Please arrive around 10 minutes before your start time to check-in; latecomers may not be able to join in.
• Max of 8 people per group.
• Not suitable for during pregnancy, those with a heart complaint, spinal injury, weak spine or any other medical condition which may be exacerbated by the use of these activities.
• Max weight: 120kg (approx. 18.5 stone).
• Light comfortable clothing is recommended and footwear is provided; no skirts permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
