Small print

• Voucher is valid until Fri 25 Sept 2020, Sun - Fri, 9am - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: Suitable for ages 7+. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult over 16. Minimum height of 145cm to wrist when held above the head. Max weight 19 stone.
• Options 2 & 3: Suitable for ages 16+. Max weight 23.5 stone.
• A general level of fitness is required. Please discuss any health concerns directly with Action Glen at the time of booking.
• Option 1: Duration approx. 2 hrs. Max 10 people per group.
• Options 2 & 3: Duration approx 1 hr. Max 12 people per group.
• Long trousers and sensible outdoor shoes must be worn. Shorts are not permitted.
• Meeting point: Action Glen Activity Centre.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
