As expected, everything nice & fresh, good service.
Catered for my friend who has Gluten free dietary needs, only 1 small thing was that there was no scones for the Gluten free option, felt that my friend had less to eat ?!
We both enjoyed our afternoon at Crowne Plazza and will return -

We had a mix up at the reception, where they only had us down for 3 people , where as I booked for 2 itison vouchers for 4 adults and a 3 year old child ,and a window seat to keep her amused if she got restless ..The woman was very helpful and tried to get us a table which she succeeded in doing . it wasn’t a window one as I requested but thankful she managed to help the situation , staff very helpful and enjoyed the experience for my daughters birthday treat , x
