• Voucher is valid Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, 7 days 2.30pm - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20-22 Mar, 10-13 Apr, 8-10, 24-25 May and 20-21 Jun 2020.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Group bookings are subject to availability.
• Afternoon tea only. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Any dietary requirements must be discussed directly with the hotel at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes. 
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
