• Voucher is valid from Mon 12 Aug 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Mon  - Fri 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun and 1 - 31 December 2024.
• If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked in advance and by Mon 17 Mar 2025. Please note walk-ins will not be accepted.
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 6 / Max 20 people.

• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Includes afternoon tea. Menus are subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 1: Includes a glass of Prosecco each.
• Option 2: Includes a shot of Tequila Rose and a Tequila Rose Cocktail.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 90 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
