• Valid Mon - Fri: Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Oct 2023 until Fri 22 Dec 2023, Mon - Fri, 12noon - 4pm. Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Valid Sat - Sun: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Oct 2023 until Sun 17 Dec 2023, Sat - Sun, 1pm - 4pm. Excludes Mon - Fri.
• Vouchers are subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Dec 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Mon - Fri: Includes afternoon tea only; subject to change. 
• Sat - Sun: Includes an unlimited afternoon tea buffet; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each OR bottle to share. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
