Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 19 May 2023 until Sun 27 Aug 2023, Fri - Sun for tours starting at 9.30am, 11.30am and 1pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Monday - Thursday. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Aug 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only. 
• Once booked, voucher is non-refundable. Dates can be rescheduled with at least 14 days notice, subject to availability; please arrange directly.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: Valid for 2 adults.
• Option 2: Valid for 2 adults & 2 children.
• Option 3: Valid for 6 people (minimum 2 adults).
• Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration approx. 1 hr.
• Max of 6 people per group. 
• Warm clothing required. Wet weather clothing and lifejackets will be provided. Advised to also bring gloves, hats, sunglasses, sun cream and comfortable footwear.
• Tour is weather dependent.
• Meeting point: Port Edgar Marina, Shore Road, South Queensferry.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
