• Voucher is valid from Tue 7 Jan 2025 until Fri 28 Mar 2025, Tue - Thu 9am - 8pm, Fri 9am - 5pm & Sat 9am - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1: Gel polish for fingers or toes. Duration: approx. 1hr.
• Option 2: Mini facial. Duration: approx. 30mins.
• Option 3: Back, head and face massage. Duration: approx. 1hr.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
