Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 25 Oct until Sun 3 Nov 2024, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Sessions available at 10am, 12noon and 2pm.
• Excludes 28-31 Oct & 1 Nov 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Oct 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• Once booked with the venue, booking cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot for safety training and equipment.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
• At least one member of group must be over 18. ID will be required.
• Duration approx. 90 mins. 
• This is an outdoor activity; please come suitably dressed.
• Meeting point: Activity Hub (Yellow Shed) What 3 Words: sample.flame.precluded.
• Max of 3 people per group.
• Buoyancy aids are supplied and must be worn throughout.
• No experience necessary; no boat license required.
• Booking may be rescheduled in extreme weather conditions.
• Well-behaved dogs on leads are permitted; lifejackets for pets are not available.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
