• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Dec 2021 until Mon 3 Jan 2022, Mon - Fri 12noon, 1.45pm and 3.30pm, Sat - Sun 12noon only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 25-26 Dec 2021 and 1 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Wed 15 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 4 vouchers permitted.
• Max of 4 vouchers / 8 people per table.
• Festive afternoon tea menu only. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• £5 supplement per person applies for gluten free afternoon tea requests; payable to Cup directly.
• Please note £0.35p charge will apply for takeaway boxes.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco, mulled wine or soft drink each.
• Table required back after 90 mins.  
• Wheelchair access available at Merchant City; please advise restaurant at time of booking to arrange.
• No wheelchair access available in Renfield Street.
• Children permitted; alcohol permitted to over 18s only.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
