Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Sep 2023 until Thu 30 Nov 2023, 7 days 10am - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 23 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone booking only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table; 4 people.
• Valid on all food and drink; menus are subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Vegetarian and gluten free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Tables are required back after 1 hour 30 mins.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
