- Spa day for one: Valid Sun - Fri, 9am - 6pm. Please note there is limited availability on Sundays. Excludes Saturdays.
- Spa day for two: Valid Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm. Excludes Sat - Sun.
- Excludes 14 Feb & 19 Mar 2023.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Option 1: Multiple voucher purchase permitted. Max of 2 per person. Option 2: Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
- Over 18s only.
- Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
- Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

- Option 1: Includes a choice of 60 minute treatment and add on.

- Afternoon tea can be taken between 12noon and 4pm; menu is subject to change. Tables may be required back after 1hr 30mins. Max 1 vouchers per table. Please note groups are not permitted
- Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. A supplementary charge is required for the following: £5pp for gluten free options.
- Includes a G&T and 125ml glass of Prosecco .Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
- No wheelchair access available.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Handily set in the city, this is a great spa. The treatments on offer have something for all and the team were very pleasant, professional and accommodating to our needs. We were made to feel welcome from the first moment in this quiet, relaxing space. Nothing felt rushed and the whole day was seamless. The afternoon tea was varied and well presented and, with the drinks, very welcome. Thank you to all.
