Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 23 Jun until Tue 19 Sep 2023; Mon - Fri 10am - 10pm and Sat - Sun 9am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Online bookings only; voucher must be booked by Tue 5 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 4 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 6 people per session.
• 2 x 3hr sessions must be completed over 4 weeks; suitable for ages 16+. 
• Max weight: 120kg.
• Practical and comfortable clothing is recommended. Skirts and dresses are not advised.
• All technical equipment is supplied including climbing shoes if required.
• Registration at GCC allows participants to climb whenever they wish for an admission fee, subject to passing an assessment at the end of the course.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
