• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Sun 23 Jan 2022 until Mon 28 Mar 2022, Sun & Mon check-in only. Excludes Tue - Sat check-in and 13-14 Feb 2022.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Tue 25 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Tue - Sat check-in only. Excludes Sun - Mon check-in, 29 Jan 4-5, 11-12 and 18-19 Feb 2022.
• Option 3: Voucher is valid from Sun 23 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days. Excludes 29 Jan, 4-5, 11-14 and 18-19 Feb 2022.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Options 2 & 3: A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Please note group bookings of 10 rooms or more will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Stay in a classic double room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: deluxe double - £20 per night and king suite - £100 per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 3: Includes a 2 course dinner from the Bo'Vine market menu; subject to change. Choose from starter/main or main/dessert. A supplementary charge of £7 is required per person for steak; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Max of 2 children ages 0-12 permitted in a family room. A supplementary chare of £30 per room per night is required; payable direct.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
